What is the Condos N Branson Club Membership?
This membership allows members to lock in rates at the current value for future use. It allows members the right to use the property for a specific time period, during a year and receive discounts off standard rates. Unlike a hotel room or other condo rentals, which require payment for each use with rates that usually increase each year, membership at Condos N Branson enables members to enjoy a great condo, year after year, for the lifetime of their membership. Membership offers members an opportunity to save on the escalating cost of vacation accommodations over the long term while enjoying all the comforts of home in a condo setting.
How does it work?
Members can purchase different levels of membership which will allow them to use the property for one week
each year during their membership period.
How long is the membership?
Memberships are good for three years, from the date of purchase.
What are the memberships levels?
Right-to-use Members: Membership rights are attached to any week of the year, each year, for as long as the membership is active. The week can be broken into a three and four days stays. The week can be used anytime of the year, no restrictions apply.
Fixed Week Members: Membership rights are attached to a specific week of the year, each year, for as long as the membership is active (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weeks are excluded).
What’s the cost of the membership?
Right-to-use Members (3 year membership): $2,400
Fixed Week Members (3 year membership): $2,100
Floating Members (3 year membership): $1,600 This low price guarantees you a one week stay (7 nights, 8 days) once per year for 3 years!
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, there is an annual membership fee ($100), cleaning fee ($60 per stay) and a $200 refundable damage fee per stay.
How do I book my week?
All bookings must be made through Duncombe Investments, LLC.
How far in advance can I book my week?
Right-to-Use and Floating Members: two years in advance.
Fixed Week Members: three years in advance.
Can I change my booked week and what happens if I don’t use my week during a year?
Yes, this is based on availability. You will forfeit your week if not used.
Can someone else use my week?
Yes, members can let someone else use their week, but the member will be responsible for any damage or misuse of the property.
Can I reserve more than one week per year?
As a member you are entitled to one week per year, but if other days are available you can purchase them at a 10% discount off standard rates (all normal fees will apply).
When does the week begin?
Check in begins as early as 3:00PM CST Sunday. You may check out as late as 10:00AM CST the following Sunday.
